This policy explains how PASTA SPOT ("we", "us"), a restaurant based in Kato Deftera, Nicosia, Cyprus, handles personal data when you visit this website. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus data-protection law.
The short version
This is a simple information website. We do not run accounts, forms or online payments here, so we collect very little. The only data we process is anonymous website analytics, and only if you agree.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. If analytics is loaded, it runs only after you press Accept on our cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site:
- Google Firebase / Google Analytics — website analytics (only with your consent).
- Google Maps — shows our location; loads only when you choose to.
- Our website hosting provider — serves the pages.
When you click links to Foody, Wolt, Instagram or Facebook, you leave our site and their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months by Google Analytics and then automatically deleted. Your cookie choice is stored on your own device for up to 6 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict its processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (use Cookie Settings);
- lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
